1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fa99bet.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the fa99bet platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Any person found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed, all funds confiscated, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. 18+

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on fa99bet. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, fa99bet reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus funds, and withhold balances pending investigation.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

fa99bet is designed and operated primarily for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability. fa99bet does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's access from a restricted jurisdiction.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fa99bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. fa99bet strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

fa99bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify fa99bet support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your fa99bet account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawal requests submitted from your account. fa99bet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information Obligation

You warrant that all information provided to fa99bet — including during registration, KYC verification, and payment processing — is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your fa99bet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

fa99bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. fa99bet does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits are credited to your BDT wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the fa99bet payments team, subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied. Typical processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Under 15 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours
• Rocket / Upay: Within 1 hour for verified accounts during operational hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays (including Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day, and Pohela Boishakh), or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at fa99bet are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be fully completed and approved
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account, or to a method that has been verified during the KYC process

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on fa99bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fa99bet does not support multi-currency accounts. If a payment is received in a currency other than BDT, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by the payment processor.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fa99bet offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits awarded at fa99bet are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for the promotion. Failure to complete wagering within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Exploitation

fa99bet actively monitors bonus usage patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, the use of betting strategies that constitute systematic exploitation of bonus terms, and coordinated activity with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, fa99bet reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the account involved.

5.4 VIP Club & Voucher Programme

The fa99bet VIP Club operates on a tiered loyalty point system. Points are accrued through real-money betting activity on eligible games and sports markets. VIP tier benefits, point accumulation rates, and redemption options are subject to the VIP Club terms published at /vip-club. The Voucher programme allows players to redeem promotional codes for bonus credits, free spins, or cashback offers. Each voucher code has a defined expiry date and individual usage conditions that must be satisfied before the voucher value is credited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on fa99bet are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the prevailing odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the fa99bet system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a specific cash-out option is available and exercised prior to the relevant event outcome being determined.

fa99bet reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were posted in error, where the event or market is subsequently determined to be invalid, or where evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular activity associated with the relevant event is identified. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events on the fa99bet sportsbook. Live odds are dynamic and update continuously in response to on-field developments. fa99bet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspended market period will be voided. Decisions on in-play bet settlements are final once confirmed by the fa99bet trading team.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on fa99bet are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and paytable structures for each game are determined by the relevant game provider and are accessible within each game's individual help or information screen.

fa99bet is not responsible for technical interruptions or malfunctions originating within a third-party game provider's platform. In the event of a game malfunction that prevents the fair completion of a round, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player.

6.4 Settlement of Results

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fa99bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit authorisation
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the fa99bet platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Attempting to launder funds through the fa99bet platform or using the platform for any other unlawful financial purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fa99bet staff, support agents, or other players
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, self-exclusion, or account suspension applied to your account

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

fa99bet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and unforeseen technical failures may result in temporary unavailability. fa99bet shall not be liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

8.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using fa99bet, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose all funds deposited into your account. fa99bet does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred by any player. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time-outs, and to use the self-exclusion tools available at /responsible-gaming.

8.3 Third-Party Services

fa99bet integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and KYC verification partners. fa99bet does not accept liability for failures, errors, or delays attributable to these third-party service providers. Any disputes regarding game outcomes from a third-party provider's platform must be raised with fa99bet support, who will liaise with the provider on the player's behalf.

8.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fa99bet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions, a player's use of the platform, or any individual transaction shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fa99bet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the fa99bet platform; (b) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content or information you submit to fa99bet.
